These Terms govern your use of Build & Prosper by Coach Beckz (the "Programme") and our website. By registering for orientation, enrolling in courses, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Eligibility Our programmes are designed for women, while welcoming international participants. You must provide accurate registration information. Enrolment & access - Free introductory sessions may grant access according to the configured enrolment rules. - Paid training programmes grant access only after verified payment or an authorised administrator's recorded approval. - Submitting proof of payment does not by itself confirm or verify a payment. Access is granted only after our team verifies your payment. - We reserve the right to close, archive or cancel courses, and to refuse or revoke enrolment where appropriate. Fees & payments Fees, where applicable, are listed on each programme page. We currently use manual payment verification. Any online checkout will only be enabled once a supported payment provider is securely configured and tested. Course content & conduct - Materials, recordings and class links are provided for your personal learning. You may not redistribute, sell or publicly share them. - You agree to treat facilitators, staff and fellow students with respect. We may remove access for misconduct. Certificates Certificates of Completion are issued at the discretion of authorised administrators to students who meet the completion requirements. We do not claim professional accreditation or guarantee that any certificate will be recognised by third parties. No guarantees of income We teach practical skills and business development. We do not guarantee any specific income, profit, employment or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, market and circumstances. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build & Prosper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Programme.
